Fusion Method and Application of Several Source Vibration Fault Signal Spatio-Temporal Multi-Correlation

Combined with other signal processing methods, related algorithms are widely used in the diagnosis and identification of rotor faults. In order to solve problem that vibration a single sensor is too single, new multi-source fusion method proposed. This explores correlation between sensors at different locations by using multiple cross-correlations spatial locations. First, wavelet noise reduction linear normalization process original data. Then, energy function established, adaptive weight obtained. Finally, data result Taking bearing gear failures speeds as an example, three positions fused spatio-temporal (STMF). Through intelligent fault stacked auto encoder (SAE), compared data, average weighted neural network STMF can reach accuracy more than 94% 700 rpm, 900 rpm 1100 rpm. It concluded effective superior.
